I have spent hours on this site looking for something to tell me exactly how to gear my 75 bard. I usually sub nin, and would love to find a list of equipment that I need to get in order to do my job even better. I am looking to find out what instruments work best for what songs, what equip works best for what situation. Can anyone help me? I dont want some complex story or a neverending thread. Just a list of what works for what.. when to equip chr stuff, when to equip wind skill stuff, why my lullaby doesnt stick... things like that.. Can anyone help me out? I would love it if someone could...

This is not sarcasm, am being and honest and straight forward as I can be! A 75brd asking this is like, a guy driving a car for 2years and asking how do I get a driving license? How you got that far is not important the main fact is that it is plain idiocy.

Sure, alot of us have heard and stated the slogan, "A bard can level naked," but alot of us wouldn't actually go out and do that. I, myself, interpreted that as simplicity and precision.

No gear macro over 3 items (cause I gotta make room for the spell and /wait 1), only 1 merit into nightengale and troubadour, and zero music skill/chr merits. My most recent change of this was adding osode and manteel macros and switching between a light strap and a bugard+1. Up until then, it was instruments only.

In addition, the only gear I currently posses on my bard that has no relation to my ls are 3 staffs, a bugard strap, and 6 instruments. In that regard, I empathise with the OP, except for the fact that most of those stickies are 2 years old with the last posts fairly recent.

He must have spent those hours on Allakhazam. /bada bum ching!
