Hello all,
well i recently just reached level 60 BST (highest lvl and main)
and ive ran into a bit of a gil crisis...
just need some help as to where i should farm as a 60BST,
i tried doing 30BCNM feathers of a bird,
did it a couple of times and no luck with any of the drops...
i am on server Sylph.
Will be great if i can get some help/advice as to where to farm and what to camp etc. please^^
if you do not want to spread your spots can i please ask for a PM on some of those particular spots ^^
I know im asking for a lot, but hope you guys can help!!

could do bcnm40 Under Observation, has chance of Utsu Ni: and PCC, both sell well and fast.

Ustu Ni: 400k on your server
PCC: 2 million on your server.

can be done with multiple set of jobs and bst can easily kite main jelly.

since your 60 and if you want to gamble and just hope for jackpot, you could do BCNM60 Up in Arms. 3 bst rock it, and its a safe win if you dont mind having a stack of fungus pets and using 2 per battle. It drops Kraken Club, albeit a small percentage - and would give you enough gil (depending on going rate on sylph) to level a craft or get any gear you would like for the most part.

As far as NM, not too many NM are lucrative at that level that are soloable, but do some NM research and see if anything drops worthwhile sellable goodies.

Otherwise around 73-75, you can solo despot for 500-700k for the gem and do it while xping up there, but thats later and not here or there.

Also, look for mats that are farm-able - Scorpions tend to drop stuff that goes for 1-2k and sell extremely fast on MH of windy/jeuno, if you have satchel, you could just npc them off for a decent sum if you want quick results and possibly get some small xp at the same time.

There are other methods, but if this is your main job and highest level job, only so much I could do for you or give examples of common money making that bst can do.

When I was a 60 BST we were facing inflation. I would farm in toraimarai canal for at least 1m a day, maybe more.

those days are over, but look up Viking Axe's price and see if its worth it. It really depends on what you need to buy, If you want gil, youd be better off with your AF until 75 (unless you want a Kabrakans, which is a wonderful axe.)

i see, well i just need about 200-300k-ish,
just dont know where to go do it...
i dont have canal opened yet as i dont think i have enough fame to even do the quest!
is some sort of good farming spots available for me?
i tried sauro campaign for raptor skins, cocka meat, coeurl stuff but the drop rate is VERY bad and im lucky to get about 10k an hour! (sometimes take up to 2 hours to maybe get a stack of meat... even longer for skins!
will sanctuary of Zitah work for my level and will i be farming goobs there?

You could farm gobbue outside of boyoda no problem I would imagine, I just dont know if rmt would be out there on a near constant basis, and if you do go out, have some sort of TH on a thf sub, otherwise the droprate will still suck

Goobbue are 40-43 outside, so you should have no issue with farming using leeches to beat them down as leeches are higher level, since you are not worried about xp.

ahh i c, wud u say that is one of the good places to farm at my lvl?
or wud i be better off jus goin back to sauro campaign?
Moss goes for 11k a stack in my server...

Did you level your THF sub yet? Should help in these places you can get to.

Also, if you do the 1st 3 CoP promy's you can easily farm fomor codex in Phomina Aqueducts.

Otherwise burn seals as long as you have them.

Seems like you have a lot of suggestions.

Or just keep levelling with FoV. Slow but sure.

Yep! i have TH1 ready as a sub.
hmmm that fomor codex sounds like a good idea, do they sell good? i think ive seen them being bazaared for about 50k...
but CoP promys are such a hassle to do ><
