Hello everybody. I'm looking to come back to FFXI and I was wondering around what time exactly does SE bill your account on the first of the month? I'm waiting until then to reactivate. Thanks.

From May 31, 2009 23:50 to Jun. 1, 2009 5:00 (PDT)

Jun. 2, 2009 from 0:00 to 7:00 (PDT)

You can't reactivate untill phase 2 is done.

EDIT: * Please be aware that several services including purchasing, cancellation, and reactivation of Content IDs will also be unavailable between Phase 1 and Phase 2.

Billing works like so:

- You are billed IN FULL on the FIRST of each month at 12 AM Pacific (PST/PDT) time. (e.g.- April 1, 12:00:00 PDT)

- Any amount you do not pay (i.e.- payment gets denied due to insufficient funds, etc.) are added to the next month's bill

- Anything you purchase (i.e.- world transfers; security token; new content ID for new character, etc.) are added to the next month's bill

- There are no late fees, but unable to pay for I believe three months and they suspend your account.

- 14 day trial accounts are to be purchased after the 14 trial ends, or account goes inactive. You will be billed regularly the next month once your account goes from trial to full.

- Registration server maintenance tends to delay updating payment information by as much as two to three days starting on the first of the month at midnight.
