Does anyone know the conditions of Biast after maint? I have been camping since the server opened, killing all the shadow dragon placeholders and it still hasn't popped. Wiki/BG say that it's 21 hours after maint but I don't buy it. Does anyone know for sure if whether it's immediately after maint or 21 hours after?
Edit: It is most definitely a 21 hours after maint spawned. I camped after maint and it didnt spawn til the 33.5h mark of the "window".
