Go buy a dictionary, or attend school.
You'd be taken much more seriously if you didnt talk like a retard.
oh, and pull your trousers up.

Ninja doesnt *really* need an update though.
It does a multitue of things very effectively.
however, an accuracy bonus or making katana A+ would be a welcome change.

That's all I really want, or some new Job ability or 2. Like a haste increasing ability, but that would be so broken.

I think I'll disagree here, because I feel that Ninja has been stuck in a rut that many other "unwanted" jobs are: that while it can perform many duties, most of the duties are readily filled and usually outdone. I can only think of one thing NIN excels at: Soloing certain enemies. But the thing about that is, there are certain enemies that can only be soloed by RDM as well...as DNC, as well- well actually DNC is a bad example since they're pretty much stuck the same place NIN is.
NIN really is good of a lot of things in the mid-high levels but we level off in power more and more as we approach 75, where we end up only being able to care about our physical damage output- what use is our diverse abilities if it's never of any use other than when we're fighting crap like Sewer Syrup or something?
Elemental damage? Mind-blowing at level 40, really strong at level 50, then it levels off, until we get San spells, which are pretty damn pathetic- they have less base damage than Aero II for god's sake. I mean yeah, they have some niche use, and they're decently powerful if you max out merits in them, but that's a lot of work for something that has such limited use.
Enfeebling? Kurayami: Ni and Hojo: Ni are both great spells (Though I wonder why the heck they don't just finish off the other two spells already instead of leaving us hanging with 2 enfeebles stuck in ichi), and Jubaku: Ichi I use all the time as well. While blind and slow I capped out tops both Hojo: Ni and Kurayami: Ni, I'm pretty sure most of the time a RDM isn't going to be geared out the ass with MND/INT to actually cap those spells out completely. You'd think they'd at least give us the luxury of having a strong, consistent slow/paralyze/blind compared to RDM, but tier II spells completely leave the ninjutsu ones in the dust. We never cast the enfeebles to actually enfeeble unless we're soloing or something, otherwise we're just using it because they're a great hate spike (Which is another reason they should give us Jubaku: Ni or even Dokumori: Ni).
LOL Dokumori. Why does this spell even exist considering how the poison spells are consistent effect anyway? Dokumori: Ni 3HP/tick VS Poison II's 10HP/tick. Uh, yeah.
As a solo class we can do lots of really cool things, but that's, to me, a bit negligible at times because of how small the returns of being able to solo usually are, compared to investment. I will admit though, I see no solution to the problems that Ninja has. They can unbreak single-hand weapons a little but I don't think that's going to fix anything other than how often we get meripo invites.

make shuriken affordable
Be nice if they could make it so Shurikens don't stack they're like an infinite number. (Similar to a Boomerang.)

returning shuriken?
naw, given their power, im fine with stackable to 99, but quiverable at least, with cheaper synth mats

several ways they can update nin
Add RR to Mijin Gakure, and change DMG output to a static 100% of current HP.
tank:
if SE wants to keep NINs ability to tank, let Utsu: Ni/Ichi absorb -agas when used on nins
enmity based WS similar to Atonement
melee:
accuracy bonus lv I/II
A+ skill on katana
Ranged Attacker:
cheaper shurikens, or have the nin mobs drop a full stack of them and not just a single
access to high base dmg bows
nuker/debuffer
redo ninjutsu spells
-increase the effective rate based on ninjutsu skill lvl. static 20% on slow is nice, but RDM can get
-make elemental:san spells a spell dropped from a mob
-add jubaku:ni, hojo:san, and kurayami:san into the merit group 2
-add haste ninjutsu spell
-add stun ninjutsu spell
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
some may say "OMGZ THAT WOULD BREAK NIN SO BAD!!!"
i am not suggesting all of these be done. but some would be nice to bring nin into 2009. other jobs have gotten upgrades in spells and abilities that have "broken" them. SAM got their mini-2hr Sekkanoki , PLD got Atonement, DRK got Dread Spikes and Absorb-TP/ACC.

I'd say a Ni cast/recast dispel, with same hate as rdm dispel.
That's the only improvement that'd seriously interest me. we get fucked up by spikes far too much.

They could add
Merit Tier I : Dual Wield and some new Spells or Abilitys on Tier II
but at the end ... we only can get surprised by SE

I think Ninja needs an update, not an overhaul, just an update. The job is effective, but it isn't competitive with other jobs. Individual player skill aside, when would you choose a ninja over another job? High level fights, PLD and sometimes DRK or RDM is preferred over NIN. In lower level fights, 2-hand weapon DD have sufficient defensive capabilities (or /NIN) to disregard tank jobs completely. The only situation that comes to mind is lowman/solo situations with against an enemy which cannot be handled by /NIN or seigan & 3rd eye; that's a pretty slim selection.
Honestly, I guess I just don't see one coming, because I don't think Square Enix is in touch with how the game is played. There seems to be some disconnect why other jobs have an advantage over NIN. Interview after interview they will make answers like the December 2008 Onrpg interview:
Yea... I'm not really sure what indirect adjustments they're talking about. I guess there is always a possibility of a small update though. Remember Fan Fest 2007?
Whatever happened to that? Looking back, pretty much every job received what was announced, except NIN. Maybe DRK didn't get what was announced or maybe I just forgot something. Not that having that ability would really be entirely helpful. lol I'd rather have Dual Wield merits or A+ Katana or Accuracy Bonus, but I really don't see them giving Ninja a helpful damage buff as much as I wish it. Maybe Shurikens, but probably not.
I guess if given the chance to get something non-offensive, I'd want something that separates NIN/ from /NIN. Perhaps an ability (since ninja has no abilities) that allows Utsusemi to eat AoE or multi-hit abilities. Or 2 toggling abilities, since SE loves those, but perhaps that's too much.

Q: Ninja emerged as a tanking job, and then the Paladin became so strong. Now Ninja has become the less preferred tank. Any changes to Ninja in the future?
A: The Ninja has not been neglected. We always have all the jobs in mind. It has not received adjustments directly like some of the other jobs have, but indirectly we think we have maintained a good balance by making adjustments to other areas of the game.

Possible new ninjutsu with sneak effect. Possible new ability which temporarily reduces enmity and then restores it to previous amount.
