Nah, I just have ranger 75 on this character, and a 73 rdm I'm letting languish. My point was, if I'm only playing for fun, expending a ton of effort getting merit points just so I can merit more doesn't make a ton of sense - so I probably won't fully finish the character off. That said, I'm working on club/marks skill first, then some archery, then I'll do ranger category merits - which seem to only benefit /ra ranger.
Attached is a parse from over the weekend, just a follow-up I guess. I was spamming crab sushi, and the party build was rng, war, sam, cor, brd, rdm. I had buffs of haste, minuet, march, hunter's roll, and chaos roll. In this party I had 1 merit each in club and marksmanship. I kept Velocity Shot on for most of the time, kinda on the fence about that. It slows down the KC some, but I like the increased WS damage...my gut says its better to keep it on full-time.
Club accuracy parsed around 89% and WS accuracy was capped at 95% - made 166, missed 8. Pretty happy about those numbers, I could use more r. attack/str gear on WS I guess, but I figured since I'm spamming WS I might as well land them.
