Reprisal - Shield Skill

This was probably already asked somewhere but... i was wondering if your able to get Shield Skill up's while you have Reprisal up.. i haven't noticed it if you can or can't so .. if anyone knows 100% if you can skill shield with it up please let me know , thanks.

My skill was capped before Reprisal came out, but as far as I'm aware you're able to skill your shield while under the effect of Reprisal.

yes you can get skillups with reprisal up
