So I just started playing again after a long break and PLD/NIN looks like good times. The only thing I'm unsure about is how to gear up an idling set. What stats are you looking for in an idle set? I'm guessing you want refresh, acc, haste, and atk. Basically TP gear for spamming atonement/chiv/etc, and refresh for obvious reasons.

Do I have it wrong? Which stats are important?

Focus on Haste, Accuracy, Enmity if possible and some HP+ and MP+ for your Idle build. Refresh (Parade Gorget or Ares) is ok, but not mandatory. Using Ares can actually slow you down when it comes to gathering TP, and Neck pieces are usually sources of abundant Accuracy (Fortitude Torque, Ancient Torque, Peacock Charm/Amulet, etc), so focusing on Accuracy on those slots is recommended, but whatever floats your boat. A little bit of STR here and there is helpful too.

For some fights where you shouldn't be spamming WS due to the enemy being very dangerous or very resistant to Atonement, focus on Haste, Enmity, Damage taken -%, HP.
