I played on and off or a long time. I've been thinking of coming back to the only other server I played on besides midgard.
So my point is...how is the server nowadays? Is it worth coming back to?

dont come back. Wait for FFXIV.
Seriously this game is pretty boring lately... Why come back to a 7 year old game? There is nothing new and fun to do anymore in XI. Even updates at this point just add a week or two of fun.

well after being on shiva for 5 years, I actually like the relaxed atmosphere and enjoying being able to do things on my own and not be tied down to being stuck being burnt out on HNM and also constantly doing endgame events nearly every day.
