Hello everyone,

I am partying in ToAU and now I have a few problems...

1. It's hard to keep hate from some DDs (specially some SAMs with polearms) and I was thinking on a DD tanking setup (checked a topic with some gear suggestions), what do you think it would works around these levels? Also is swapping visible gear a good idea in these levels (like enmity gear for flash) or is it better to keep the same? (cuz of that blinking that sometimes prevents moves cursor when healer is about to cure you).

2. I just leveled to 62 and I have the shield skill of a lvl 55... someone told me I should use a Buckler shield until I cap it but the truth is I tried this for 40k exp and only leveled 4 skill levels. Is using this shield a good idea or should I stick to kite ones to cap my skill? Or maybe it would be best to skill it solo or in a party before leveling more?

Good RNGs/Polearm SAMs/DRGs will be batshit crazy on birds. And yeah I'd suggest DD gear on colibri a lot. As for macroing in enmity, you can if you want. If the WHM or RDM don't have a <stpt> tag on their cure macro they're an idiot. No reason you can't blink anymore with <stpt> and <stal>

I really can't help you much with this, my advice is if you have Martial Master or w/e that Super Kupopower is that helps skill ups find a place with Even Match/Tough mobs near a zoneline and just let them keep hitting you, with Reprisal and +Shiled Skill (Buckler Earring/AF Boots) it shouldn't be too bad. That's how I capped my Evasion/Katana on NIN.
