I just got hacked tonight at around 10:40;

I tried to log back in but the password was quickly changed on me.


Can anyone call a GM before I get all my shit taken away? thanks;

Your stuff was gone five minutes after your account was taken. It takes longer than five minutes for a GM call to get back to you.

You should contact SE direct with your PoL codes and they can restore your character back to the point in which it was hacked.

After you have done that, get yourself a SE security key.

Well! I had someone call a GM for me. And about an hour after it was hacked my account was locked.

I stopped them from changing servers, so I don't have to wait 3 weeks to get my account back

I need to buy one of them tokens

I called a GM this morning and they told me that since I am not the owner of the account that they cannot do anything.

"Can I assist you with anything else today?"
