I've been playing on the ol ps2 and ps3 and recently just me a new comp. I'm just wondering if SE ever came out with their on windower. I'd get the other windower but with my luck I'd get banned for using it.

Close FFXI and POL completely, then go to Final Fantasy XI config (Start > Program Files > PlayOnline > Final Fantasy XI > Final Fantasy XI config in Windows XP)

Check the box that says "Start in Windowed Mode" or something along those lines. That's how you use it.

Too bad the official Windower sucks beyond belief.

windower is untraceable. Youd only get caught if you said "I use the unnoficial windower". All you have to do is avoid actually admitting you use 3rd party applications and SE wont do anything.
