So, I haven't had a chance to get much endgame gear so far in terms of Body and head pieces.
This at least beats Wizard's Petasos and Demon Helm (nqs), right?

Also, is the body from ACP better for nuking then igqira weskit, or I should keep my $10? Note that I don't mind spending that $10. But it could also go on beer instead.

if you do not understand the small difference or see the small difference they make do not bother with them.

it would prob not be worth it for you, the ACP body is between HQ and NQ wisket while this hat can give mix set users the same stats as full mori set.

if you are talking about upgrading from NQ demon helm that kind of tells me you are not super caring about 10 damage boost here and there so i would not bother.

ACP body can be better the igqira weskit. and the head is defenetly better than demon helm +1

So, ignoring all the issues about morri, etc., what is everyone personally considering - that is, those who are indeed making this for black mage - now that the expansion is out and these are starting to turn up?

If I go with black mage, I'm debating between two options:

INT+4 / Macc+2 / MAB+2 / (hHP+3)

or

INT+6 / Macc+2 / Fast Cast +2%

What do other people think? I can't seem to decide whether to craft a helm for my black mage or samurai, so trying to weigh which would be the better option.

There's also the option of INT+4 / Macc+2 / Macc+3 / hMP+3 if you really need that accuracy...

I'll be sticking with mahatma, but I would consider a fast cast piece if I wasn't already swapping zenith, and I was actually planning to get this expansion =_=
