lol they fail, will this game still be online? maybe freeeeeee?! but w/e gotta call tomorrow. I spoke to my CC company, actually a girl who plays FFXI and she told me she had the same issue today which is pretty funny and cool.

I'll read up more on the XIV when I get back.

This was the exact same reason i was banned. SE double charged me and I ended up paying them after i chargebacked cause i wanted to play. one year later boom! I didn't even bother to call these stupid bastards i just started over to enjoy the game since there is nothing I could do against them for it. yay for ToA >.>

If I were double charged, asked for my money back, was refused, went through my CC, and then got banned a year later, I'd sue SE for all their worth.

short version:

I get charged for an ID that is not mine
SE> we do not give refunds.
went to BBB
SE> in ToS we do not give refunds
me> call CC for charge back
3 years later> get banned/ still can not log in

btw I received my 3rd account recently like on the 20th or so, and on the 29th this morning that "monthly payment is up" < SE rep said this (this is why i wanted the first log cuz i wanted to prove this -.-)

I augured over this with the POL center when i was trying to get my accounts reactivated, because I pulled out the chat thing right away to talk about the error i was unable to get a chat log of it.

so the next call back I did ( took about 2 hrs for them to repay) they said there is nothing they can do about the error.
I tried asking why i was able to log in one and change the CC but the others get this "UCS5024 error"

So as i was trying to ask for this log because the system did not give it to me (it was overwritten with the second call, I did not know it would do this and lost it)
I was trying to explain to the rep why i was unable to get the log, and ifi could get the log somehow, and why I can not enter a CC for the accounts.

at that point i was cut off.

Customer: I was able to get into pol with that account you know why i cant with XXXX6666?
Customer: but it never gave me that option
SEI POL ______: The bans are all reversed.
SEI POL ______: You will have to update credit card information.
Customer: i mean for this long thing i was not able to e mail ot my self
Customer: is there back buttion i can use somehow i never closed the window or anyhting
SEI POL ______: You will have to try but I do not believe there is. Copy paste the chat just in case this time. ( i have to try?, try what? but not really answering the question.)
SEI POL _____: Are there any other issues I can assist you with right now, ?
Customer: is there a way i can go back liek a back buttion to other log?
Customer: cuz i never cloed it
Customer: when i cliekd on the link to chat again it overrode the last one

I also woke up to LM-17 today... so i called SE and they said it was np and removed my ban and said i can log in.... i go out with a friend, come in, and says i have to reactivate my CC.. i try it and it gives me a new error.. saying stuff like cannot do this, please log out.... called up SE again and said i might not be able to log in for like 24hs, anyone else get this?

that is what im complaining about, SE did not tell me that when i complained, why in the fuck some know what is going on and some dont?

anyrate guess we will see

the one account i just reactivated was in POL np i changed the CC on that one.

though on that one the CC was not deleted, they said something about deleating the numbers.

well it said in the email i got something about chargeback, but i never asked for money back or anything,,, never had a GM warning.... and i cant even get online

yea i got the same BS to when i did live chat.... they told me something about increasing account security and call back tomorrow,,, but since i have time to call them in the next 2 days i can only hope the error isnt there when i get home from work. but it feels like they randomly picked ppl to get this LM17... like i mean... i did nothing to deserve this...

mine DID NOT TELL ME THIS. mine said we need to call you when that error is fixed

Customer: POL im getting UCS5025 Invalid process

that's what I'm saying man..... I got the same shit from my SEI.
Except when I mentioned piss poor customer service he fell back on the "It's for a good purpose, to ensure the security of our customers.."

The customers you sent a message to letting them know they've been banned for violation of the BS policy your own company doesn't even go by?

the thing is all of mine where banned, what happend was when I got that extra account on my CC i did not notice it right away and this is why.

it was in the winter like after febuary or something like this where SE did not charge me 1 month, then the next month i get 8 charges.

at the time for w/e reason I did not care/ did not feel like dealing with it ( i think i called CC to see if i was indeed not chagred for a month? i can't remember)

so a month later i see 4 charges on my CC this was a red flag now i only have 3 accts i pay for. so i went though the ordeal i discrbided ealier, called SE > BBB> chargeback. after that I put each account on a different CC ( just so i can notice extra charges easier) and I think i got new CCs just in case of stolen number.

and now they all get banned It really confuses me.
