Qiqirn Collar if you are only using ranged!
Chivalrous Chain if you are close range melee tp, but move away for WS!
Other options are PCC acc/racc+10, Diabolos's Torquer acc+8, Spectacles acc/racc+7, Sniper's Collar RAcc+6 RAtt+5
Bottom line is what are you lacking, you need an item to boost it! And how much work you willing to do!

The typical answer is: accuracy/attack for TP, str for WS.

Given a choice between those two and only those two, I'd go for the Qiqirn Collar.

you would probably want a gorget for weaponskill anyway. i think it puts out better numbers than a chiv chain.

I've been noticing this growing trend on Caitsith ~

Since when has a Chiv Chain become full time gear for a RNG??? I see so many terrible RNG on my server sporting these and makes me /wrists everytime. Most of the people I see wearing them don't even know what STP or wearing no STP in other slots. Save the money on your precious chains and get a damn spike necklace if you want to be gimp.

Maybe a WS piece at best if you have no other options, but meh I'd rather use a Rangers Necklace than were that p.o.s.

U should just get a spike neckless to WS in (if thats what u were going to use it for), im willing to bet its a lot cheeper then a chiv chain and the same 3 str
