So after 50 attempts at going for perp-3 bp delay-3+ i decided that one of the staves i got forced on me by refusals was damn good enough.

i think all around it has the perp and the dmg boost, even if i dont get the delay bonus, i think i'll manage.
I do love how with sanction/sigil refresh and the refresh spell, i get a free fenrir and 1mp/tick.

Not bad for a first try. I'd rather have the ACC than the ATK though. And I've seem some MAB +4 SS. But this will definitely get me by.

mmm... its good, but not the holy grail. It also depends what you want in your staff. All I really wanted was MAB +4, so personally that staff is trash for me. I have Bstaff so I dont need the perp, and I would probably keep 5 smn skill on bstaff instead of 4 att for BP.
