Atonement dmg up on ghost NM

I was down here getting the key item for the expansion quest, and I noticed this NM was up. I went to go fight it for shits and giggles, and I noticed my Atonement did more damage than usual. Does anyone know if this is common with this NM? Or is Atonement glitching up?

Oh. I forgot they added a buff on that. Thats pretty interesting, i gotta test that out.
