Warrior Merit's What merit's should I get, and perhaps order

If having your JA on same timers bugs you ( its convenient i know) just pair AGG up with either Seigan/hasso (lol/nin). 5/5DA-Zerk 5/5 C and i don't advocate a full 5/5 in T-hawk simply because a majority of the mobs you'd be using it on shouldn't be alive long enough to use the full duration of 5/5. so mix some Savagery at your own discretion.

(P.S. /recast for ja mixed in with WS macros is win)
