On my server, there aren't many of the ideal daggers available. Purely as a temporary measure until I can save up enough for blau, or actually get the blasted xolotl drop, I'm wondering what might be acceptable to use? Looking at Jambiya (NQ - there are no HQ's), Behe+1, or Stylet. I can see the DPS on wiki, but what is actually best in personal opinion, just for the moment? I did look at gear guides, but they're really designed for what I'm aiming for, not what I have available as an option at the moment. There are almost no +1's of any high level daggers available, plus I figure it's better not to waste the money on something huge when trying to save up for the blau. Also, this is all for main hand only - sub is thief's knife for pretty much anything I actually attend as thief. Thank you.

If your looking for a cheap main hand till you get a blau I suggest this

Magnet Knife

It's cheap and is really the best bang for your buck. I'd advise you to not off hand TK.

If you got the time to camp Xol I'd say camp this

It's a pain sometimes but it'll be worth it in the end. Best dagger to off hand pair with Blau.

Hope this helps. If you go NQ Mis and get a magnet you should be able to get a "Decent" dagger set till you get Blau or P-Harpe.

But hey if you are going for P-Harpe......I'd advice going for this instead....the Holy Grail of off hands/main hands sans relic

from what i can see droprate on x's and pharpe is about the same, both are miserable. but at least you can do x's on your own time...

Xol drops P harpe, not SK.

DPS drop doesn't make up for this piss poor extra speed you get from a minimal delay change.

The ENM for the Blau is a piece of cake if you have 3 or 4 mage friends. I'd give that a shot if I were you, the climb for the item isn't all that hard. I don't know about the drop rate though - I'm 1/1. >.>
