Deus Ex/Theif Creator to Develop "Post-apocalyptic" Disney Game "Zombie Goofy"

Truth be told, this sounds like it will be full of epic win and wanton awesomeness. Disney has finally given Warren Spector his first assignment: to develop a post-apocalypse game featuring everyone's favorite mouse and his pals. The game will be heavily influenced by the steam-punk style. So far, one character sketch has been leaked. A Zombie Goofy.

Another image dpeicts the whale from Pinocchio, who has had mechanical, crab-like legs grafted to his body and a city built on its back, featuring the famous Epcot Centre Ball and the Mouse Ears water tower.

And a third, shows the Magic Castle, elevated high above the ground on a jagged rock, surrounded by a town and a nearby refinery of some kind.

This has some more pictures if anybody's interested. If anything, it's fun to look at.

Tireless digger Superannuation has turned up the website of concept artist Tony Pulham, whose resumé reveals he recently joined Junction Point to work on "Epic Mickey", and identifies it as a Wii game.

Don't get me wrong, I love the Wii, but they won't be able to bring out as much of the artwork as they could with a more powerful system(and the art seems to be the biggest thing the game has going for it).

Comments section on that second link wanted it to be KH3. I imagine it'd make sense if they follow that extra cut scene with 3 keyblade knights fighting a sorceror.

This looks intresting/awesome - reminds me of what would occur if kingdom hearts and fall out 3 had a naughty drunken incident which resulted in this as there offspring.

This looks pretty crazy, different, and innovative; in a good way. It would be interesting to see how this would turn out if it were actually made. First thing that came to my mind when I saw this was, "that's some crazy shit".
