About Us
The term ANZAC[An-Zak] is an acronym for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps, that fought at the Battle of Gallipoli in World War I and was disbanded in 1916. ANZACs is an HNMLS situated on the Garuda Server, founded on 2nd August 2009 with no plans to cease upon the release of Final Fantasy XIV. Primarily the Linkshell is catered for but not restricted to, the Asia Pacific region which includes Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, Indonesia and all neighbouring countries. The Linkshell is English speaking dominated and the majority of events will be run in JP Prime Time (5PM - 12:00AM).

Schedule
The Linkshell will participate in numerous activities which include HNM, Sky, Sea, Dynamis, Limbus, ZNM, SCNM, and Einherjar. Events will mainly focus around the times of:

Asia Pacific
New Zealand - 8:00PM - 3:00AM
Australia (AEST) - 6:00PM - 1:00AM
Japan - 5:00PM - 12:00PM
China (Hong Kong) - 4:00PM - 11:00PM

Middle East
United Arab Emirates - 12:00PM - 7:00PM

Europe
Germany - 10:00AM - 5:00PM
France - 10:00AM - 5:00PM
United Kingdom - 9:00AM - 4:00PM

North America
EST - 4:00AM - 11:00AM
CST - 3:00AM - 10:00AM
MST - 2:00AM - 9:00AM
PST - 1:00AM - 8:00AM

A voting system will be adopted to determine the frequency, type and time of all Linkshell events. Gather times will be subject to change depending on these results, as well as other variables which are out of the linkshells control; specifically HNM.

Recruitment
Recruitment is open at this time, please read and understand the linkshell rules, schedule, and player requirements located in the Linkshell Forums, before considering an application, to apply please visit our website and register your interest in the Linkshell Application forum.

Foundation Members
At this moment the player requirements has been reduced to cater for a wider player base. If you meet the requirements now, apply before its too late! This is a one time offer before the standards will be increased.

Player Requirements
• At least one fundamental job (BLM/WHM/RDM/BRD/SMN/DRK/RNG/SAM/WAR)
• All expansions, add-on scenarios not required.
• Sky and Sea access.

Only a few spots left for Foundation Members,
I am truly grateful for the support shown by players transferring servers to support the ANZACs cause. Please note, the linkshell is now beginning to fill up its foundation member positions, please post your applications as soon as possible, as now they positions are limited, and the minimum requirements will rise very soon.

Considering SF4, GTA4, and DMC4 are on all platforms, and MGS4 is a movie, yeah.

It's not like Xbox 360 PC or Wii has any good games either though.

At least PS3 is getting a price drop, and you don't pay yearly for a shit service that you host on your own console anyway.

I went PS3 game shopping this weekend. There isn't shit out >< facking lame

Best game is MGS4 but after beating it in a month or so i can't go back to playing it.

hopefully FFXIII will be a unique game and not a solo XI like XII was.

Also how is the HNM sceen on Garuda these days......getting all home sick over here on bismark....

I hear Uncharted 2 is at least worth a play-through. Also, something about Borderlands PS3 having connection issues, I don't know first hand about that, but it was a decent play-through. Jez also told me about Dragon Age: Origins (the spiritual successor to Baldur's Gate) that's coming out next week, I think for the PS3 as well. If you're a fan of the shootans, of course Modern Warfare 2 and M.A.G. are coming to PS3 sometime.

Not looking forward to XIII though, might not play it.
