[Damn!Matsuya]

i had PC problems and other crap last week so i deleted my character thinking i prob wouldnt be able to play for months regardless but i ran across some good fortune and so today i reinstalled FFxi on new computer and logged back into game on a mule to just check things out.

I then proceeded to the Playonline.com site and went to the character Reactivation application form. I enterd all my Info then hit sumbit then it told me

"Your playonline ID and Registration code are Void you are not eligible for this service"


Has anyone else have this happen to them by all accounts i should be fine and dandy to retrieve my character yet it gives me this bullshit message.

My account was in good standing i activated that VerifiedbyVisa crap last week and i have never had any violation issues.

If these are void then how they hell did i enter them to relog into account after reinstall......... for real i smell bullshit

your account could have been compromised or something to that degree. Or you should probably just contact them and find out whats up.
