very quickly: can this be learned from any gnoles, or only from lobison? if it can be learned from other gnoles, what moon phase do they stand up during so i can learn this? thank you!

There aren't any spells that can be learned by only 1 monster... unless said monster is the only one in it's family.
They don't stand up because of moon phase, they stand up because of JA spammage.
