An augment is something that SE added to give (or take) stats onto normal non rare armors, hidden stat items, etc.

Saw some goofball on BG did his HQ dusk gloves and got like -1 agi -1 dex and +1 mnd or something like that.

The guy who did the dusk +1 gloves at least gave it a shot. The bad part about the augments is that A. like others are saying you cant sell them once its been done, and B. you dont really know if its gonna be a negative stat gain or a positive. I wouldnt have tried with dusk +1 hands a item that imo is allready good enough to leave as is but they were going for obivously some crit%+ or other stat. I saw a hagun with added store tp+% which was nice, as well as I saw the +int genie fyreus was talking about, but I thought it was +7 not 6 but I could be wrong. ;;
