Where the FUCK does that shit come from? I've asked around, I've wiki'd, I've scoured forums all for nothing, can someone point me in the right direction? I'm getting the feeling I'm going to have to test it myself ;_; but w/o any kind of substantial leads or even a decent (working) parser I'm afraid I'm at a loss....

tl;dr
Ranged Crit ~ AGI or DEX?

(Please, I want some specific data backing up your claim)

Neither. The only thing that's going to effect your ranged critical hit rate is your level vs. your target's level.

ranged crit isent worth it anyway, theres a cap on the amount u can do via a ranged crit (like 20%ish?) compared to any other weapon

It's probably DEX (but no one has tested it because ranged crits suck).

The reasoning behind my statement is that while there is a difference between DEX and AGI for ACC/RACC (and +ACC/RACC are bonuses that are clearly identified in the game), there is no such bonus as "+ranged critical rate." So, in the same sense that there is no "melee evasion" and "ranged evasion" (just physical evasion, which is linked to AGI for melee or ranged), it seems logical that there would be only physical crit rate (which is a comparison of DEX to AGI for melee or ranged).

really no reason to get ranged crit+ unless you can do about 500 dmg a shot and 5k slugwinders. I've seen my crits on IT mobs when I was lvling be 10-15% bonus. Really not worth it.
