This is coming from a full morrigan blm, and we went all out. I told him to equip his best nuking gear, and do a nuke based on current weather. He had his obi activated etc. The only thing i asked for was about 150 TP. (btw i am not 100% merited at that time, i was only 3/5 thunderstorm, and 4/5 MAB merits.



EDIT: I told him he couldn't use AMII, because its quite obvious that will out nuke me. (maybe now that I am fully merited i could?)

Well I wouldn't call that a "win" actually. Not saying it's bad but if we take into account the MP spent getting 150 TP and the move itself a BLM would come out on top, let alone a SCH. As I can see you almost spent 400 MP to do that which equals to 2 Thunder IV from a BLM and 4 from SCH if he uses Parsimony every single time.
Anyway if you had 150 TP on the avatar wouldn't that be the max damage boost anyway with 3/5 Thunderstorm? Or really close to max.
Also what gear did you have?
I'm not here to say SMN sucks or whatever things may float your minds lol, just saying that 400 MP for 18 damage over Thunder IV is not exactly win.
BLM and SCH have lots of things kicking in when they nuke (both have Conserve MP, SCH has Dark Arts and Parsimony) to reduce MP usage while we sadly have none
I'm sure that capped Thunderstorm could produce that damage (or really close to it) without even getting TP so in that case we may call it a win^^
I'm trying to power up my avatar nukes as well, I picked Shiva though

morr set is not the best damage set. ( using full morr is even more lol on thunderday) SCH is knowen to out do blm too and pup too i think?

Can you explain the big deal of out damaging a blm? many can. but nice i guess. helps to have all the new agurmented gear

5/5 MAB merits, 5/5 Wind Blade, +4 from staff,+7 from body. TP ¿?¿?(i dont remember but i usually dont wait for tp so it should be 0 or very low)



Wind Blade VS Riko = 3700+, i think this was with TP.
