Desynths and Skill-ups

So I'm 83 WW and I've been desynthing Mythic Wands, and out of the 50+ desynths I've done I've never gotten a skill up. Can you not get skill-ups past 60 or something?

You do but they are quite rare
Personally, I never relied on desynth to skill up.

From my own experience, if your skillup rate is 1/5 synths, the desynth rate would be three to four times less; somewhere between 1/15 to 1/20.

But that's just me.
