Question on how to get Endurance up... While keeping Discernment First-Class

Hello everyone, I am here to seek some direction in how to best raise my Chocobo's Stats.

Currently I have a Green male at day 32, with all physical stats at Poor and MND stats at "Better than average." I am wanting to make this into a bird primarily built for long digging runs, and so my first and foremost purpose is getting the bird's discernment stat to First-Class. According to my understanding the Receptivity stat does not really affect digging, so I'm not too concerned about that stat remaining high. The chocobo's diet consists of three Zegham Carrots and on occasion swapping one of them with a Sharug green to keep the bird at max affection.

Thinking towards the future, I'm wanting to determine what the best way to get the bird's STR and END attributes up without slaughtering its discernment attribute. It may just be impossible, but I thought I would ask. I know I won't be able to get either its STR or END incredibly high but just something reasonable... especially END, as endurance would be nice to have while on digging runs.

Any advice on how to achieve this goal would be appreciated. One obvious concern I have of course is time, and whether or not, once reaching First-Class in Discernment, I'll have much time at all to get my chocobo's STR or END stats up before care plans stop having any effects. I did notice on the wiki that the Tier III plan Deliver Messages raises STR a lot and only hurts Receptivity, but again, I'm not sure how much time I'd have to make any reasonable headway in advancing my bird with that.

Any thoughts or considerations will be very appreciated

The method I used for building my Digger Chocobo was using 2x Zegham Carrots & 1x it's favorite green (Azouph or Sharug; whichever one it "gulps down in one gulp").

I used strictly "Exhibit to the Public" as soon as it was available, until both "Discernment" and "Receptivity" were capped "1st Class". At that point I set the care plan to "Basic Care" and spammed stories to teach it "Bore" and "Burrow", and used "Chocotrain: Endurance" (80 chocobucks) to level it's Endurance.

Between the combination of food, care plan, and training, none of these things had a negative impact on the Discernment or Receptivity in any way. Endurance effects the riding time, so I wanted to maximize that as much as possible. Once I reached the maximum stat cap spread between Endurance, Discernment, and Receptivity I stopped and retired my bird.

I did not invest any time in building Strength.

I believe "Discernment" and "Receptivity" capped around day 47-48. Care plan effects stop at Day 63, but it is still possible to learn stories beyond that point and increase stats through chocotraining items purchased for chocobucks. It is necessary to have a minimum amount of "Discernment" before learning the abilities "Bore" or "Burrow". My chocobo stables was based out of San D'Oria, therefore I was able to learn the "worrisome chocobo" story very quickly and learned "Burrow" first. "Bore" was only available after many many long walks, and my chocobo already had capped 1st Class Discernement by that point.

Referring to Wikipedia's Chocobo Raising Guide, the minimum requirements for learning "Bore" & "Burrow" are:
Bore: "Impressive" "Discernement" required, obtained from story of a youthful chocobo (meeting Pulonono 3x)
Burrow: "A Bit Deficient" "Discernment" required, obtained from story of a worrisome chocobo (meeting Zopago 3x)
