Anyways, it really was because I kept forgetting to factor in the fact that DRG has ACC JT's. Those job traits give me a lot of room to play with sets. Quite awesome.

My drg has a solid 6hit with /sam + askar body +chiv chain +brutal and almost capped haste.I am lacking in a decent WS body so am planning on trading up my ACP body for acc+10 crit +3% since a) i dont do sky anymore.b)couldnt afford a zahaks mail and c) my ZNM ls hasnt gotten round to doing tyger for aurum body yet.but other than that im happy with my drg since its not my main but i still love playing it. so acceptable WS bodies in order would be Ares>aurum>zahaks>heca>ACP>Homam>askar>AF+1.but this is just my opinion from just looking at the stats.

Would Homam and ACP body really be better than Askar considering DRG's ability to hit capped ACC?

You rate Ares better than Zahaks for Drakesbane? And Aurum too? >.>

What's order of best to ok now for Drakesbane by the way? Didn't get a chance to actually organize my gear sets properly before I took a year off from the game.

Oh, and how would you guys rate the Kshama Ring no. 2 for it? Or would atk +4 and acc +4 from Ulthalams still beat out the DEX+3 and acc +2?

I think something you guys are always missing are WHAT MOBS are you fighting? I think with this info you could weigh one body better than another for drakesbane considering the dex/agi(Crit builds). On something like mamool where that wouldn't even matter since their agi is crazy high one could weigh out the bodies by their acc/attack/crit/DA/storeTP. I personally kept using zahak's mail full time for acc and other bonus's and i always performed well against people when in merits be it mamool or birds. I think to each their own but i haven't read that yet or maybe i glimpsed over that info.

it depends on mob really cause if you can push +40 dex over mob's agi, any dex after that point is a huge gain up to +50 over agi, Also G. Colibiri have 67 agi fyi.

What would I need for a Hilltroll Paladin? That's the target I'm looking to hunt.
I understand for G. Colibris, the DEX needed for best Drakesbane numbers would be 117. But for the most part, I'm looking what would generally be good for it. Ranked in order from the best (probably Zahak's I'm guessing) to something that would be ok. High evasion mobs are excluded from the "general" bit though since I don't think anyone would be targetting them on purpose.

Aurum, Zahak, or ACP body[either acc/crit or att/crit] would be best generally. Also troll would probably be a bit less dex needed since being pld/pld mobs assuming trolls have low agi rating, I think mathing out their agi should be around 45~55 agi not positive though.

Guess I'll have to get my hands on an Aurum body. Don't have ACP yet and not sure when I'll buy it (if ever). Might end up just moving on to FFXIV.

can test your acc vs their eva
pld mob of whatever level should have a certain amount of skill and agi on top of that for evasion
or you can test with your crit rate, but thats a fairly long test just to figure out an obscure mobs agi

it's combination of race/job/sub[mobs almost always job/job ie rdm/rdm for colibiri] state rating based on level if I knew what trolls' racial agi rating was I could calculate it better, I know people done it for mamool ja mobs before.
Formula is here I am pretty sure it's same for mobs and players.

Easier to calculate if you know the mob ratings' for stat growth.
