since it's not a latent, but it's not really clear that it's +racc or +ratt (like most equipment has solid numbers) i was wondering if selene's bow worked under level sync below lv60 (the racc/ratt i mean)?

It's hardly possible to really test either the Ranged Accuracy or the Ranged Attack since the exact values are always invisible. Furthermore, the level of impact Level sync has on Ranged Attack/Accuracy is still unknown, as far as I know. In other words, it's unlikely anybody can give you a definite answer, but my guess is, it does scale down.

When I tried it, it did not work at all. My test was done on a 55 Bird Sync pt, so it was within 5 levels of the bow. My war bow +1 outshot it by at lest 20 damage.

I noticed bows scale down horribly with level sync, so always keep a lower lvl one on you .
