you could go for rooster but its kinda hard to find and is a bit tougher then just using chicken. its finding the Kazham Peppers that i would think is the hard part, i would go with Cayenne Pepper or Mirasol Pepper(if you dont like that much heat).

i would also just use a normal onion over a wild one. mostly for cost

@caboose

i have tried a few thing on the ffxi menu some nice stuff

JP button did a thing on it as well here is thelink

EDIT: if there any recipe some one want me to turn in to a real life one send me a PM :P

I made meat mithkabobs out of beef cubes, onion, and an assortment of hot peppers, but I live next-door to a Wegman's where they sell a plethora of exotic stuff. I've also made cream puffs.

I'd like to try making some more of the sweets, like melon pie. Made with real electricity.

* 1 x Thundermelon -12oz melon (blended)
* 1 x Cinnamon - 1 tea Cinnamon
* 1 x Maple Sugar - 1/2 cup maple sugar (or just pain 1/4+1/8 cup sugar and 1/8 cup maple syrup , maple sugar sucks to work with)
* 1 x Bird Egg - 6oz (~3 ea) eggs
* 1 x Pie Dough - pre-baked

ok heat the melon puree, (note if your using syrup and not maple sugar add the syrup here)
in a bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon, (note if you never made a custard befor you can cheat it with about a 1/4-1/2 tes spoon of corn starch added here)
then whisk in the 3 eggs,
Temper the eggs mix with about 1/3 of the hot
slowly add the rest of the hot melon
put the bowl over a double broiler and work with a wooden spoon till it starts to thickens up
pour in to pie shell and wiggle to even out the custard
bake at 375 untill the pie sets up, if the to starts to brown cove with foil or parchment paper (and it might be done lol)
let cool 1hr+

i have not tried this recipe yet :( but im going to might be nice
note this is how i would do it when looking at melo pie recipes on line i also foundthis

i havnt tested this yet but i have made a few custared

You could try cooking it in an Eazy Bake Oven?
