75 Social Recruiting

High level Social Linkshell (Lv75's or multi-75's) --- looking for members.

We also welcome members that are newer to the game if they are friends and family of existing members. My mom for example starting playing about 6 months ago. So if you like the place, invitations to your friends & family of any level are welcomed & encouraged.

First and foremost, I am looking players who are in need of a home. One that offers only a friendly gaming environment, new friends, and exciting adventures.

Lots of linkshells are "Social", so what sets us apart from the rest?

Great care & consideration has gone into the development of this shell. Unlike most social shells, mine has a foundation and structure. Rules, if you will... Rules I refer to as our Code of Ethics. By enforcing the guidelines set forth by this code, it allows me to maintain a gaming environment that is found by most players to be very enjoyable.

The objective or goal I had in mind when I created this linkshell was to be able to gather together a large number of players who can still live their lives and play ffxi at the same time. Players who enjoy the freedom of not having a complicated gaming schedule. Yet when they are available and willing, can team up and work together to accomplish the big fun stuff or "events" ffxi has to offer. And doing so with as little drama as humanly possible.

Over the years I've been able to identify what types of players work well with us. Players who-

1. Are not able to follow a strict gaming schedule or attendance requirement for events. We do events but not all the time & when we do, attendance is only encouraged not required.
2. Work ridiculous hours or have a morphing work/life schedule.
3. Prefer a wide array of activities. We do whatever we have peeps & time for.
4. Are tired of playing with a crew of greedy pirates who’ll screw anyone in their path, even each other, to get what they want.
5. Prefer to do End-game type events at least once in a good while because they are very challenging and quite fun when applied in moderation.

---------------------------------
The shell has NOT been proven suitable for players, or players who desire the following types of playing style.

1. A very tight schedule for events, as ours are somewhat loose to be flexible for those who fall into fall into the above mentioned 1 & 2 categories.
2. Hardcore everyday endgame.
3. Fast, consistent acquisition of the types of gear you would get from the hardcore endgame grind.
4. Those of which who do not prioritize our strength as a shell over personal gain.
5. Are constantly under some sort of hormonal imbalance that causes you to spaz out and spam the /l channel with garbage.
6. Argumentatively hostile.
7. Immature. (The majority of us are adults. I'd say primarily ages 20-30.)
8. Attention whores.

And all of the above types of people, or people who desire to play the game in such a way, who read the code of ethics but still applied to join anyways, are weeded out as quickly as humanly possible by the (|Mega Boss|).
---------------------------------

Onto something more positive...

We do have a Limbus static that runs on sundays. 2pm est gather time. 2:30ish go time. This event is open to whatever members wish to come. (THIS IS NOT A RECRUITMENT POST FOR LIMBUS.) It's just the one thing that we DO have that runs on a schedule for those who wish to participate.

I usually try to run a minimum of 1 bigger event each month (Yes, were still a social shell!) such as sky stuff (Kirin), ZNM, ksnm99 (were getting awesome at early bird.) stuff like that. And hopefully more to come as our numbers grow. Things such as salvage & einherjar, and hopefully sea gods are in our future as well.

Please allow me to state again, this bigger stuff is like a once in awhile deal to keep us on our toes and test our skills. Couple times a month max. Fun as hell though! We do love a challenge and I'm not afraid to say it, this group is solid. We own bosses.

So if you're alone out there looking for good people & good times...
Hate your end-game shell or the end-game grind in general, and want something more relaxed and laid back with a touch of a challenge from time to time... or
Never know when you're gonna be online but still want a chance to do something cool once in awhile...

Come check out the site. Read the Code of Ethics & our requirements for becoming a member. Maybe we are what you're looking for. And if you like what you've read so far, we need people like you.

You run a casual endgame ls. Just admit it and we can all go back to our oatmeal.
