And Phlow is ranked #1 in Ohshi- Pwned™. Sort of. I hear Nigeria's quality of life sucks but that they're the happiest motherfuckers on the planet. (Un?)lucky bastards.

He has the most, who is happiest with the least. Oil money helps too. I imagine that omnipresent bullet-holes as an architectural motif can be aesthetically pleasing in some cultures, who am I to judge? At least their internet cafe industry is booming.

Wyoming, the state ranked #2 in economy, is ranked #5 in qualify of life. So Texas is doing something wrong if their quality of life is #32.

What is Texas doing wrong? Sharing a border with Mexico.

hurr durr. Yeah, you got me. I was hoping for some antiquated link back from the 1990's.

And cruz is right, you'll see education sucks too, mostly because a large portion of the population is too busy failing ESL (English as a second language).

Bitches should be happy. I reinstated their estranged prince. And it only took me $20,000. Should be getting my check any day now.

I get the feeling so many people have won the lottery there that they're desperate to hand out cash to the rest of the world. I've won it twice in a month, and I didn't even need to enter!

To wit.

LAREDO, Texas (AP) -- The final chapter has been written for the lone bookstore on the streets of Laredo.

With a population of nearly a quarter-million people, this city could soon be the largest in the nation without a single bookseller.

The situation is so grim that schoolchildren have pleaded for a reprieve from next month's planned shutdown of the B. Dalton bookstore. After that, the nearest store will be 150 miles away in San Antonio.

The B. Dalton store was never a community destination with comfy couches and an espresso bar, but its closing will create a literary void in a city with a high illiteracy rate. Industry analysts and book associations could not name a larger American city without a single bookseller.

"Corporate America considers Laredo kind of the backwater," said the city's most prolific author, Jerry Thompson, a professor at Texas A&M University International who has written more than 20 books.

Since the closing was announced, book lovers in Laredo have flocked to the small store located between City Trendz ("Laredo's No. 1 Underground Hip Hop Shop") and a store that offers $4 indoor go-kart rides to stock up on their favorite titles.

Racial makeup of Laredo:

* Hispanic (94.1%)
* Other race (13.9%)
* White Non-Hispanic (5.0%)
* Two or more races (2.5%)
* American Indian (0.6%)

Laredo is for all purposes a mexican city complete with 50% literacy.
