Hey guys, I was wondering which of these two items you would use for Waltzes. I'm kind of leaning toward Sonia's, but I'm not sure if the 1% outside of Campaign would be really noticable.

Anyone had any experience testing these two? Is Sonia's worth 30k ANs?

well lets do the math
+3chr | | +1% waltz
floor(((Target's VIT+(Caster's CHR)+3)*1.000) + 450,1) | | floor((((Target's VIT+Caster's CHR)*1.000) + 450,1) *1.01)
floor((Target's VIT+(Caster's CHR)+3) + 450,1) | | floor(((Target's VIT+Caster's CHR) + 450,1) * 1.01)
floor( Target's VIT + Caster's CHR + 453,1) | | floor((Target's VIT+Caster's CHR) *1.01 + 454.601)

At this point you can see at +1 more hp before vit and chr are factored(the war hoop will no long facter in but you might get 1 or 2 more from Sonia's)

so Sonia's > war hoop But at the end of the day you going for +3 vs +5/6 wootz?

Well if you are macroing in AF body,af2 tiara(if you have it) and roundel earring(if you can afford it,which i cant ) for 21% waltz potency it can make a difference to war hoop.what i do is tp in tiphia sting and macro in plectrum on my waltz macro.unless im in campaign of course then i full time that bad boy lol.

This can be solved with 2 questions:
A: Are you in Campaign?
B: Are you in a situation where having a means of ranged pulling makes little to no difference?
If you answered "YES" to either A or B, use Plectrum.

The +HP gap isnt that big, but it IS still more, so unless you need to pull something by tossing AF at it, I'd use plecturm.
Also dont forget in campaign thats +11% to /dnc too, as is my SAM/dnc needed any more help soloing campaign mobs ^^
