I am really annoyed that the jobs forum is still in microtype and yet FFXIV cocksucker edition is not even released and yet has about four inches splattered across the board.

Anyone else?

No. Seriously. It's fucking annoying to see topics that aren't even relevant, such as:

1) What do YOU think our skills will be!?
2) WHAT SE SHOULD KEEP FRUM FFXI
3) If I were a Geomancer, how awesome would that be
4) Name your DREAM class in FFXIV

It's really pointless and I can't tell when my damn Samurai Bandwagon thread has been updated with the same god damned pic of the same god damned samurai failing (notrly, sometimes i troll for useful info, sometimes knowing the most recent thread and poster avoids me opening 9 pages in the firefox tab bar)

Agreed. What should be done is all that XIV stuff put into one big group. Like the job forums, put all XIV related forums in one group all it's own. We don't need 6 or 7 different spots for a topic that's just gonna get spammed to death. At least on the front board.

I've hated the layout of this board ever since they downgraded it to KillingIfritbook. These new design sins merely compound the ugliness of the older ones.

You and your friends seem to use Facebook in a strange way, Phlow. What you describe is more like Twitter. Mind, I only use Facebook to keep up-to-date on members of my family and a few people I went to high school with, but the only way I'd see a list as noxious as that is if I looked at some 16-year-old's own page.

It's because we know the FF14 forums have no useful information, because there's no real information yet out on the game. It's all speculation and "OMFG LOOK @ THIS GUY, HE'S PLAYING TEH GAEM IN ALFA MOED, SO KEWL".

There's no reason to look there until the game is released, and even then about 10 months after will be there any useful info.
