I just have a quick question for all of you out there in KI land about LM-17's.

Recently my character, Lyra on Shiva, was slapped with an LM-17 suspension and I'm not really sure why. The only real reason I could think of was that my boyfriend who happens to live in the UK paid for my account this month, and I am a US user. Other than that my account has never been to GM jail or had a GM called on it. I also have never used a bot or hack. I attempted to contact SE on this issue and all they told me was they could not lift the ban due to "irregular activity" and had no other information than that. I have since filed a ban complaint with SE and am wondering about how long this has taken for anyone else that has had this issue in the past. After playing this game for so many years this is the thanks we players get? If anyone has any input it would be much appreciated; I've never experienced anything like this in the many years I've been playing. I'm hoping that this issue will be resolved and I can get my character back If SE does try to tell me that they can't give her back for some stupid reason I'll know they are telling me a bullshit lie since like I said, I've never really done anything in game that would warrant this type of action.. for christ sakes all I seem to do is level, lol.

well you're not the only one its happened to. our bank got lm 17'd because a eu is paying for an na account. call up se and get it fixed when their business hours are open.

Just an update - after less that 24 hours SE reversed their action on my account with much apology. I just bugged them a few different times and was really nice about it, maybe that sped it along somehow, lol. I'm just glad it's all over with
