While I certainly want it, I'm not going to lose sleep sticking with Mary's Horn (pun not intended). 3 extra seconds is usually not significant because if there's anything that really needs to be kept sleeping, that's what Repose and Sleep II are for. Lullaby is a bandaid, not a trauma surgeon.

Someone on alla, found out it drops from a Hippogrif(sp) NM down in Grauberg[S] think named Kotan Kor Kamuy. Hope that helps.

Got drop tonight, easy solo on COR, 1/2 on it for my brd gf with no TH

If you have mov speed+ you can take it to the kiting area easy. You don't need move+ to actually kite it once there but it helps. About a 30minute duo PLD/NIN SCH/RDM casting 2 Noctohelix, 1 Drain and 1 Bio II per weather cycle and nuking the last ~10-12%. On day Helix would technically be better but I'm 2boxing and swapping gear means I lose lock on(and thus randomly cast on Sidhe by accident). Keep Sandstorm on PLD and Voidstorm on SCH. 0/12 I think 4 or 5 times I had TH and the rest no TH. If I ever get drop I will release all the info I know about it to the general public.

Yes it is . I heard the drop rate was that of the new NM's, which is crappy, so that's not bad at all 1/2
