Im gona send in my 360 cuz its been actin up lately so it can be fixed or w.e. Do they actually fix mine or just give me a refurbished one? iono how the process works either or duration of this either if anyone can give me some 411 on the subject id really appreciate it alot thx

I kept my HD, sent it in to Microsoft, and got it back in about a week and a half. Fairly painless process IMO

I believe it depends on whether or not your xbox is repairable. I've had mine sent in 3 times already and they were each refurbed models, not my own that I got back. First time I sent it in was back when they first started fixing them and it took like a month to get back. Each time after I got it back within a couple weeks. And each time they gave me a free month of XBL.
