Pretty much made Assault Jerkin and Hydra Mail obsolete. We've been wanting something like that for 5 years now.

Only question is, how hard will it be to obtain this stuff? I'm guessing it won't be a cakewalk, maybe a drop off of some of the new NMs. From what I've read so far, the NMs aren't pushovers.

meh I don't know if I'd want those over my ares, if I need acc better slots to trade like hands heca to ares, 3 str/dex for 10 acc, or the other really good item that was over looked belt with 12 acc/8 att.

I just picked up Aurum cuisses for my new WS legs but these look much nicer. The body... I'm not too sure on, maybe good until Aurum/Ares/Dahaks, but won't trump em. Anyone got a clue where either of these come from?

one of the many new NMs I am sure, btw the new drg[and few other jobs] ammo with +3 acc/+1 str is off some in castle bailey it seems.

96 base damage. Heck, I'd get it on looks alone.

"Ability delay -%d" as a possible Augment also has me interested.

There was a +12ACC/+5ATK ring too, thought it was set effect with another ring, and I'm guessing it's +12 overall, not +24 overall. Still beats dual Sniper's at lv55 I guess.

Yea, I'm also interested in the Sarissa. If it can be augmented or slotted with Evoliths, it's got the potential of becoming a powerhouse. I don't know where to find the info for all the evolith boosts so not sure what was there from those. Should be interesting to see anyway.

I've not looked into it too much, but at least 2 other weapons in the style of Sarissa also had a lv75 weapon added with 1 base damage.

Also gave lowbie DRG's a lvl 11 lance.

Sarissa looks very nice. Easier to obtain 6-hit. Rajas + brutal should cover it. Free's up body and/or grip for other stuff.

I'd still say Aurum is the best body peice. But, not everybody has Aurum. So, I think trading Askar Korazin for that new breastplate + Blitz Ring is a nice trade-off.

Or you could use Sword Strap and have a 492 delay lance with 96 damage. Higher than Valkyrie Fork. Possibly easier to get too.

and idk if i agree with the made AJ obsolete tbh im no ff math wiz but id be willing to bet the AJ still beats it HOWEVER you can equip it at lower level this is all assuming of course you have capped Polearm skill @ lvl cuz lets be honest no matter how strong you are or how fast you are if you cant hit shit you wont do shit

besides i know some ppl are nauseated by the look of the AJ but personally i think it looks cool after all its not one of those pieces that is easily mistaken
