new to the dd department. my warrior is level 70. i have joyeus. and im offhanding that for TP build. but is maneater better for mainhand or jug??
i know maneater has a hiddien accuracy effect so im leaning towards that for the rampage. but jug has the nice 30attk and str3
any insight would be greatly appreciated

I believe this debate has been done before.
Maneater/Joyeuse I believe was decided to be the best. (well the best out of those options. Great axe is better)

Inb4 he gets ripped on for just about everything in that post.
In all seriousness though;
Ever since the 2-h update, dual wielding wars don't really exist anymore. You are probably better off subbing sam and using a G-axe. But if you do wish to continue to DW then I'd use Maneater main. I dunno your gear or anything but the extra acc. while using a joy-toy should be nice, +it still gives some attack. Depending on what you were fighting/your weapon merits/ your gear, I would even suggest you just go Maneater/Juggernaut. That's only if you are in a situation you can't justify the loss in acc. from using a weapon you are less proficient with.
Hope that helps.

Jugg is level 70 and Maneater is level 73, so right now Jugg is the only one you can wear. Problem solved! More importantly, Beastmaster can't wear Joyeuse so you don't need to worry about which Axe to pair it with! Yuk yuk yuk.
Anyway, I don't deal with dual wield that much, but back in the day I was advised to use Wood/Man or Man/Jugg if I didn't have the merit slots for both Axe and Sword. This was before Pizza (and probably before Sushi) though. These days you're probably best off with Man/Joyeuse if you're going to dual wield and don't have Ridill.

If you don't see yourself ever in possession of a Ridill, don't even waste your time skilling up axes.
