Thanks, I got 'em today 1/3. Overall, camping it was a fairly painless experience for a pretty sweet piece...makes me wanna finish the other QD stuff I'm missing.

Just tried this NM last night, and I've gotta say, it was a pain in the ass D:

Unfortunately, my macros were all jacked up and so I was only blinking half of my JAs. Definitely need to have this working correctly due to the fact it runs pretty damn fast, hits like a ton of bricks, has double-attack, and can stun you. It makes for some bad times if it manages to catch up to you.

Also, unless you are 100% certain you will be fighting this thing without any competition around, you need to have a DoT on this. I had my WHM alt with me, and while I was trying to be good about keeping dia on it, the fight itself needed more of my attention and the DoT lapsed at times.

There had been a THF following me around the entire time, and when I got it to 8%, the bloody thing went yellow (QD timer wasn't up - I have max recast merits + -5 timer on my Mirke) and he took it. I am only assuming he wanted me to get it down pretty low due to the fact it went yellow several times during the fight, and he never tried to steal it then. The NM killed him about 20 seconds later, and so I managed to get it back, but I doubt everyone would be that lucky in the same situation. So yeah, DoTs are vital if you have any competition.

Wow someone in Asura stole the NM off you? I should tell you that I went there and killed it 17 times without any competition at all and the only time I've ever seen ppl is when they got near Option 3 tower or passing by to each Castle Z. I camped it JST3PM+ so if should give you a good idea when to start camping it and being able to solo it. o.O good luck and don't get jacked.

That's just my luck. I'm going to try it again once I get my macros working as they should. I'll also be more careful about checking the zone first before heading out. >>
