I do not blame the guy for keeping it. Who the hell pays for a SMN burn? Even if you are going to pay for a SMN burn why would you pay in advance when those things fuck up so many times. This definitely did not warrant a player warning.

Pay for DNC to 37 Kap? Really? C'mon, that shit is solo'able to 37.

Putting myself in the shoes of Faggot A, I would reimburse a percent. If shit fucked up and Kap got 75% of the way there, then I would only give back 25% (if generous) to 15%, and offer next burn that he can tag on for however much was the remainder of.

This is kinda stupid though on both Faggot A for being greedy enough to tarnish his rep over what I'm guessing was a few hundred thousand gil and on Kap for actually paying for AB. I have no idea why people pay for Astral Burns either.

i dont see why should vet give the gil back. the guy is intensionally fuck up the pull, and will be keep doing it. i don't see the chance to level up to 37 of you. Plus that's fucking stupid to ask for 150k back, because usually the FMV for 1 pull is 150k. since you have 1 successful burn. i dont care about your fucking contract. but to be fair, a guy help you for 5 hours, and now you trying to make some stupid fraud?

It was a fraud. The best way to go about it imo is to take the number of lvs from 37, and give back that much money.

So let's say you're lv 10, you pay 500k to lv 37 for exapmle. Something gets fucked up and in the end you're lv 30. 27 lvs, 500k. 500/27 = 18k per level. You get lv 30 instead of 37, seven levels short. 7 x 18k = 126k returned, but to say someone fucked up the pull so fuck you you're shit outta luck, yes, warrants a player warning.

So yes, Vetra is a douche, but like I said earlier, Kaparu is an idiot for paying in advanced.

Now, if the deal was to pay Vet after the smn burn and Kap says well i didn't get lv 37, so I'm not paying you anything, you wouldn't be here talking about the same "I don't care about your fucking contract" bullshit, now would yoU?

Screwing someone over money is one of the worst things you can do for reputation. Definitely with SMN burns. However, though the pulling itself is easy, for some reason it comes with a lot of aggression in participating players. The pullers and leaders believe they own the zone, so people fuck up their pulls, and rightly so. It's happened to me and i was put down a peg or two. He shouldn't give back the money, he should just get him lvl 37, because a pull is only 20 minutes.

Actually, that payout structure would heavily favor the lower levels (and alternatively, the guy that levels you and doesn't complete the work) as it takes like... ~2k to get to level 11, but ~5k to get to 30's. Regardless, 500k is a stupid thing to lose your reputation over. Go steal an LS bank for like 20m or something, then hop servers.
