i cant believe this guy made an agreement to get someone 27 levels for only 150K!

1 big factor in all of this is who made the party, if the puller made it for kap to leach, then maybe he should have booted the retard and gotten someone else. If it was kap who made it and vet pulled for it, then i think he is entitled to the gils if he spent 5 fucking hours pulling for a piss poorly put together group.

If i pulled for 5 goddamn hours only to have someone keep fucking up (unless i made the party), i would have been like fuck this noise. And as far as the agreement metaphors go (ie roofing etc), there is a reasonable estimate done. If said instance was only supposed to take 3hrs to do, then it should be done in 3hrs. If you have roofers come over to install a new roof that should take 2 days, and they find on day 2 that some spots are rotted out and caves in, you better believe you are paying more for that shit or they are gonna bounce and keep money paid for time worked.

The guy said he would help him get the lvls which imo is a classy enough move. To be a dick on a dying game forum for an amount of money that wouldnt buy me 2 stacks of arrows is assenine. FFS it was 5 hours! you put up with that shit and then give the money back.

As far as services go.... no goods were exchanged so most MMO companies don't do anything about it(policies and such). Now if Faggot A agreed to craft something for materials + cost and kept all of it ( Because the other person paid in advance (why the fuck would you do that?!) ) Then that is theft of service and pretty much a scam. But to power level someone?! You think SE of all companies is gonna waste time playing enforcer for some Gil? They barely do their job well for real issues like stolen accounts.
