Wiki is flat wrong with the (G-10) business. I just got my dagger 1/1 with TH3. I killed all Death Jackets from (G-8) to (G-9) along the road. Both times I've seen it it spawned in (G-8), but I didn't claim the first time.

It's soloable, but bring a way to heal yourself (Bloody Bolts in my case), as his casting can actually hurt.

Time to recoup some gil from Kriegsbeil since I dual-wield so rarely anyway.

Only sell the Kriegs if you really need too, it's still the better weapon.

Yeah... I'll take the Gil. No question that Kriegs is the better weapon though. I simply can't remember the last time I didn't use Vulcan's in endgame, even when /NIN.

can a 75 pld/rdm solo this easily? how difficult is it to make this pop?

I can't imagine a PLD/RDM having any trouble with it, especially with Joytoy. Frankly I wish I'd gone THF/DNC instead of THF/NIN... Aeroga II spam for 240-480 was fairly annoying, but Bloody Bolts won the day. PLD/RDM should have a lot less trouble with that though, should be an easy solo. Only real downside is the absence of Treasure Hunter... but meh.

As far as making it pop, it happened for me in 1-2 hours both times once I figured out where he'd actually be (still cranky about that G-10 nonsense lol). I'd clear bees in both G-8 & G-9 just to be safe, but it's pretty easy to do.

I solo'd it on BLU fairly easily, stunned ga's, zerged it down in between. Went 1/3 with no TH, seems to pop more exclusively in G-8 from either the set of bees around the big bend at the bottom of G-8 or the very top of the box. 1~4 hour repop, I've had it pop an hour after I first killed it two times and up to 4 hours after the last kill twice. Third pop some other schmuck claimed him cause I was distracted.
