Hi I've been following the RNG forums for a long time now...and havent seen this topic brought up regarding Moogle Helm vs Maats for WS
the stats on my moogle helm are
STR +4 RNG ACC + 10 RNG ATT + 5 WS ACC + 15
vs
STR +7 AGI + 7 the main focus of maats cap for rng anyways...
my gear set up is as follows if this would make this question a bit easier for you guys if you read what my set up is.

Main Vulcan's Staff
Axe Grip
Rangers Necklace/Breeze Gorget
Moogle Helm - STR +4 RNG ACC + 10 RNG ATT + 5 WS ACC + 15
ACP Body - RNG ATT + 10 snapshot +5
Amemet Mantle +1
Buccaner's Belt
Seiryu's Kote/Blood Finger Gauntlets
Scouts Barracce
Rutter Sabatons
Triumph Earring +1 x2
Triumph ring
Rajas Ring
Vali's Bow/Culverin +1

I also have a question regarding whats the best food for rng? RNG ATT/ATT + wise im 8/8 on both Archery and Marksmanship. Thank you in advance to any helpful tips/information.

well 2 AGI = 1 R ACC right? so for a start moogles is better in my opinion. a difference of 3 STR isnt exactly much at all. im sure food will make up for the loss.

As for the best food, shouldn't you know this already as it seems you are a lvl 75 RNG (going by the gear).

All Marksmanship weapon skills have AGI mods and all Archery is STR and AGI mods, if accuracy isn't a problem you'll be better off with Maats Cap.

With these augments?? Maat's cap will probably outperform this unless you have bad racc.

I'm somewhat curious what you even use this hat for.

STR+4 AGI+4 WSacc+15 WS damage +2% would seem to be the logical choice to me.

People resist that pair of augments like crazy. I mean, I was skeptical about 2% added damage, but that was only because I was debating use as something other than a WS hat. If you're just going to make a macro hat, though, the only reason to seriously consider something different would be if you're a devout user of something like Evisceration or Drakesbane and, even then, that's pretty questionable.

Probably thinking they could just full time it as a TP and WS item.

To the OP about your food question.
Dragon, Hell, or Bison Steak and Red / Yellow Curry for STR and Range attack (stakes give you some more attack the the currys), if you need racc then Sole Sushi.
