Hello dancer forum, just wanted your opinion on which feet equip you would use at 29:
Bounding Boots RareEx
[Feet] All Races
DEF:3 DEX+3 AGI+3
Savage Gaiters
[Feet] Mithra
DEF:5 HP+16 STR+3 CHR+2
Thanks for your input!!

You should be using daggers from Fed. Knife and higher, unless you're 8/8 h2h or something, then you can squeeze out a little more time with h2h, I think, but you give up /nin to do that which makes your healing capabilities near useless.
So to more directly answer your question; you have no good dagger WS, so weaponskill swaps are a totally laughable concept until you get weaponskills that actually do damage, so wear what grants direct or indirect accuracy, since it's all you're really good for.

Bounding boots for TP, swap in the gaiters for waltz.

I think that's a little neurotic at that level.
Unless you're stacking a full CHR set, I wouldn't bother until higher levels when the gains are actually somewhat meaningful and gear is more substantial.
Waltz1 Target VIT Caster CHR 80 40 40 80 40 41 80 40 42 80 40 43 81 40 44 81 40 45 81 40 46 81 40 47 82 40 48 82 40 49 82 40 50 82 40 51 83 40 52 83 40 53 83 40 54 83 40 55 84 40 56 84 40 57 84 40 58 84 40 59 85 40 60 85 40 61 85 40 62 85 40 63 86 40 64 86 40 65 86 40 66 86 40 67 87 40 68 87 40 69 87 40 70 87 40 71 88 40 72 88 40 73 88 40 74 88 40 75 89 40 76 89 40 77 89 40 78 89 40 79 90 40 80 90 40 81 90 40 82

You're level 29. Tank. Just put on whatever you can to ensure you can hit, pop sushi, build 300 TP on a weak mob before you start, and then get to work. your Healing/DDing capabilities at this level are pathetic, so I tanked with my DNC (and seriously, it was broken good sometimes) all the way to regular colibri in ToAU
