Has anyone wonder what is up with charm success rate? Currently I have been camping or soloing a few NM and the problem that I am running into is that I am failing charm on DC mobs or even EM mobs.
I have +66Chr ( that is with sushi) my gear is panther mask, Apollo staff, imperial egg, kirin's osode, trainers gloves, temperance torque melody earring+1(x2) Angel rings(x2) Lyricist's Gonnelle, Beast trousers, volunteers nails, and bugard Strap. Are there moon phrases I should be aware of? Overloaded on to much CHR? Any suggestions would be great. Thank you

I know this is probably the same as "Did SE patch the d-ring drop rate?" or "Fafnir dropped 4 Ridills for us back to back, ninja patch!" but I wish to add my bad luck to the pile. Tried to charm the a Big Jaw in Phomiuna Aqueducts more than 10 times in a row with +24 CHR (40 cap) and got nothing but resists. Normally I go hours on them without a single resist. 10 in a row is just so improbable.
