For SCH, healing, which do you think would be better? -1 enmity more, and +15 mp, but
lose 15 mp. I'm not sure if white t is worth 2.5 mil. what do you guys think?

I thought I posted this in SCH forums, oops.

Largely irrelevant either way. If you have to choose, I'd use the White Tathlum, but that's an almost arbitrary decision for my part.

White tathlum improves your sublimations and has lower enmity on it, plus it can be used on more jobs for enmity or stp.

HH bomb does have more mp, but I can't think of any situation where having 15 mp would matter since you will only ever be at max mp for your first spell. It's similarly as useful as a serket ring in that it helps you get off more spells initially, but you should rarely have max mp and therefore they are both inferior options for idling in once you're used the added mp (esp for sch where hp matters).

But first you need to realize that both white tath and HH bomb are both expensive upgrades for relatively little improvements. For either price tag you could look into upgrading other pieces of your gear, like errant cape that has -5 enmity, or mahatma slops for another -1 enmity (if you had NQ or more stats than NQ/jet), etc etc plenty of gear to list. You need to think about if you could spend that money elsewhere on upgrading other pieces of gear for less gil and more net benefit. If ammo slot is the last/cheapest spot to upgrade I would still get white tath over HH bomb.

If you have to get one of these instead of working on other aspects of gear if necessary, White Tathlum > Hedgehog Bomb.

15 MP is fairly irrelevant (reminds me of the people who prefer jet seraweels over mahatma slops, but that's a different topic for another day), it's gone after one spell, whereas the extra -enmity, though very minimal, will benefit you more than that.

They're roughly equal. I have both, and tend to use White Tathlum a lot more. Salvage is really the one exception, I will use Hedgehog there since I rarely got to use Sublimation/Devotion, enmity was rarely a problem, and you get MP restored every floor. So Hedgehog seems better there, but in most cases White Tathlum is ever-so-slightly better.

Being Galka I rely more on my Hedgehog Bomb, but I do use my Tathlum for my Devotion Build. (Which is now up to a 1722 HP with no food >.> )

Not gonna lie, that's pretty impressive. Over 400mp devo is pretty sick.

Thanks :) Caps all PLDs but Taru for the most part.

And I still have room I could go if I wanted too. Bloodbead Ring and Bloodbead Gorget being the 2 biggies off the top of my head. Probably a couple minor little upgrades here and there I could do also. But the ring and Gorget alone would jump me up to over 1800 HP. 450 Devotions anyone? ;)

Just for shits and giggles one day I want to head out to besieged and use a Giant's drink and Carb. and just see what I can devotion someone, lol. I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility to hit a 800+ Devotion then, lol.

White Tathlum saved my life a few days ago! Survived Citadel Buster with 2 HP remaining! All the tanks' jaws dropped to the floor :3
