Amazed no one has compared this already to say Morion +1 and Enfeebling Earring. My understanding is 1 Macc is about the same as one Enfeebling skill, and 2 INT is about the same as 1 Mag acc. If this is indeed correct, then Enfeebling Earring + Morion +1 is only 4 Macc, while this is 5. Input?

I think the drop rate, and competition pushes most people away from this set of earrings.

Otherwise they are pretty much the best set for macc.

Personally, I just don't think -2 inventory is worth it for 1 macc. I'd still need to carry my Communion+1 and Enfeebling earring for the potency build, and Morion+1 for spikes.

Short version: too much trouble to get for minimal results and 2 slots I can't spare.

It's more of a swap for INT enfeebles, not MND enfeebles. You shouldn't really need an enfeeb earring in a MND potency build anyways. 1 more damage on spikes is kinda meh in my opinion too. I'm not attacking your playstyle, just pointing out why most people could justify the swap given the willingness to camp the NMs.
