[Etilia]

I have to say FFXI has always been my most favourite MMORPG for many reasons, I have had the account since NA release (hoping SE have been nice and kept my characters) and have had extended breaks now and then; but due to life I have been away for a good couple of years now and I find myself missing the old days and wanting to return. So I am just wondering what life is like in Vanadiel these days? Is it worth coming back and sitting around Juno dozing off while trying to form parties for hours on end?

I would guess everyone I knew has left, so what is the server like now? Are there plenty of friendly Link shells around and enough people that still just want to have fun and not be set on obtaining best gear...etc? My main character used to be called "Etilia" a Mithra who enjoyed a lot of the darrrk arts and was always a Dark Knight a hearrrt.

I just started playing again after a two year break myself had transferred to Ifrit to play with a RL buddy who up and quit just weeks after I transferred nice.. but it has been really fun. Its very easy to form parties now with level sync you find people any level forming parties no matter what zone your in. I can give you a pearl to our social LS we have a fair amount of players on everyday ranging from 5-10 people up up 20-25 on at once. I'm on a quest to level some more jobs and start working on Cop, ToAU, etc missions... always fun

Well I gave in and signed up again, I have to admit I am impressed with this level sync update, it makes life a lot more interesting. It seems my old LS is not really on much these days either, so gets a little lonely, so if you have a nice fun LS where people run around and have fun then I would be interested in popping in to say hi and have some fun too; thank you!

I am usually on at the weekend or occasionally mid week evenings UK time.

You made the right decision lol I have myself quit, or taken a break 4 times can't say I quit but case here I am still playing >.> FFXI is like a drug though seriously. If you still are looking for a linkshell to join check out paws4me.info pretty laid back group all about fun and that sort. Have people from most time zones in the shell as well.
